Animal Magnetism: Animals instinctually like and trust him. This is a very slight magnification of the already ridiculous skill that he has with animals in canon. If your character is an animal, I leave it up to your discretion whether this affects them.
Friends with Benefits: Simon can use muted versions of the powers of other imPorts, but only if a) he has encountered them in person in the past 24 hours, and b) they genuinely and specifically care about him. The powers are lite versions only and he can only use one at a time, though they will become somewhat amplified in the extremely unlikely case in which he reciprocates that affection.
I will do my best to OOCly keep in touch with any CR this power might apply to, but feel free to let me know what you are(n't) comfortable with him borrowing!
